Is there an upload limit?

Our paid plans give you unlimited uploads, unlimited photo storage, and unlimited inventory management.
Our Free Trial gives you 25 upload credits for each supported marketplace. After that, you will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans. You can access our subscription plan through the Subscriptions tab in your dashboard after creating an account.

Which marketplaces does Uploadify support?

Currently, Uploadify integrates with Shopify, 1stDibs, Etsy, Ruby Lane, eBay, Chairish, and WooCommerce.
If you wish us to add support for another marketplace, please let us know: info@uploadify.ai!

Do I need to provide my marketplace login and password credentials to Uploadify?

No, you do not need to provide us your login credentials to use Uploadify. We do not need nor have access to your Shopify and marketplace accounts. This makes Uploadify a very secure tool.

Which products can I upload with Uploadify?

Uploadify is specifically built for jewelers. Currently our platform only supports jewelry products.
